1000/10 Both FL and ML went back in time (both of them came back to the same day, 10 years prior to their deaths). In her first life, Jiwon caught her then-husband cheating with her "best friend", talking about how he had taken out a life insurance on Jiwon, who was dying of terminal cancer. She walked in on the two of them in bed, and when she confronted them, things became physical, and the husband beat Jiwon, who then fell and hit her head, cracking her skull. She bled out, and as she was dying, she could feel how her body was warm; the ML, Jihyeok, had rushed there to find the woman he loves dying on the floor, with a puddle of blood around her, and he held her as she died. At Jiwon's funeral, which Jihyeok had organized, he prayed to God that he'd want to go back in time to fix his mistakes--to save Jiwon. He's willing to do anything as long as it means that he'll get to see her smile again. Eventually, Jihyeok couldn't take it anymore (being alive without Jiwon), and drowned himself in the ocean. When he opened his eyes, he had went back in time. This time, Jihyeok was dead-set on telling Jiwon how he feels and to show it. When Jihyeok gets in a coma after pushing Jiwon out of the way when the antagonist was trying to kill her by running her over; Jiwon finds a letter in Jihyeok's room, which was addressed to herself, and it told the ML's feelings as well as the fact that he had gone back in time. Jiwon rushes back to her boyfriend's bedside and when he wake up, she asked him "what took you so long?", and that she's sorry that it took 10 years. The two of them are adorable together, and individually. They get married and have three bio-kids and one adopted daughter.
