This was the first tan MC I’ve ever seen. I love their dynamic and how they protect each other. Both of them had rough lives even though hey we’re in different classes. It’s wild to think that if you were high class you can just cut somebody’s eye out just to make a point. The ending gutted me but it truly was such a beautiful story.

The build up was sooooo good. Nothing spicy happened until the end.

I’m only a year into my bl journey, but honey let me tell you…this is hands down my most favorite! I love me a morally grey character and Jaein understood the assignment. My first dominant omega…protecting his alpha. And then the alpha turning around and doing the same thing? And don’t even mention the body guards! Their character development unfolded nicely…but I’d love a side story with the main body guard. oh and the positions….those long legs…
