Jin's dad is a terrible person. This story is told from the perspecetive of Jin for most of the time so yes, it is warped, but Jin's dad doesn't deserve any pity. He knows it's wrong and he understands why it's wrong, he just does it because to him he wants to "eat better" and "sleep better". There's nothing to feel about for him. Just die or rot in prison. He's killed maybe a dozen people who probably have fully functioning and happy families. He's ruined those families. He doesn't just kill them, he desecrates their bodies and tortures them. So what he loves his son? What, if I have kids and I love them you all will forgive me if I kill dozens of people because I'm 'mad'? If I look sad and have a broken family you'll feel bad for me? The son brainwashing himself is normal. He knows his father is a terrible person, is scared he'll kill him so when he has a head accident he remembers everything as his dad doing it because he doesn't remember anything else. ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ the hell... anyway this was really good...
