There is unnecessary rape-attempt part but the story was enjoyable. Seme asuka lost his Yakuza father and had to hide with his mom. And they came to Ao's aka uke's town and two families bond with each other. And when seme grew up, he wanted to see Ao again and came to meet him again. And that's how Ao have grown to love him as a romantic aspect.
