@ch28: 2025.06.05 This was a very unexpected yet very welcome read. I was originally looking for something light and fun when I saw this. Didn’t read any blurbs but I felt that it would be interesting considering the lively comments. And this got me hooked from start to finish. I’m glad I didn’t have to wait a long time for it to be complete nor did it involve over 100 chapters (though I would have no qualms about it). It was definitely a page-turner and I most likely won’t be able to take the suspense. I took off one star because I felt that the romance bit was a bit forced especially towards the end. Nevertheless, I’m looking forward to see them creating a family of their own. When Emi transmigrated into Remilia (Remi), Remi’s sould was forced to watch in the shadows and browse through Emi’s memories of her past life. She got to know that she’s the villainess of an otome game but moved by Emi’s innocence and kindness, she fell for her charms (in a platonic kind of idolish way). However, when the star maiden, Pina, arrived (the “OG” FL of the game), Emi broke under the accusations of her friends and family who started supporting Pina. Emi retreated and Remi resurfaced again. Determined to take revenge for her dear Emi, Remi made everything in her power to make sure to punish everyone, especially Pina who was the source of Emi’s demise.
