As of Ch 37: Tozen (probably) thinks Estella is a girl, but may have been in love with Austin as a man previously; the prince thinks she is a man; Bartholomew lady may or may not know she is a woman (changed clothes but not underwear?); Quinn knows everything (Austin is a woman pretending to be empress). About a girl who pretends to be a man so she can be a knight, then the prince asks her to crossdress as a woman and pretend to be his fiance, not realizing that she's a woman in the first place. Yuss.
