Love Shuttle
Synopsis: Lee Doyun (MC) is tall, strong and hotheaded—but against all odds, he is actually a recessive omega. When his first heat arrives, the only one who can help him is Jung Taehan (ML), an alpha coworker whom he just can't get along with. They learn that not only are their bodies compatible, but their personalities mesh well too—Taehan falls hard and fast, but Doyun won't admit that he likes Taehan back. When they finally get together, their relationship becomes a sweet romance. This manhwa also features a secondary alpha/alpha relationship between a rather insensitive doctor and Doyun's easily agitated brother. Review: This manhwa's main couple makes me happy. Doyun is far from a stereotypical delicate omega, and his naivety is the cause of most of his problems. Although his physical changes overwhelm him, Doyun likes being an omega, and that in itself is refreshing. I also loved how Doyun becomes very affectionate when he's delirious with heat, and I wish we got to see more of that state after he and Taehan get together. Similarly, Taehan's mental state also devolves during his ruts, and those scenes are even spicier than their usual sex. As for the secondary pairing, it won't be to everyone's tastes. Doyun's brother, Dojun, is easily caught up in his partner's pace, and gets wronged often. The doctor's personality is unlikeable when he's acting suave, but even he is outclassed by Dojun's toxic, incestuous brother. If you want a fresh, comedic romance, then please read the main story.
Dream Away
Synopsis: Lee Jihan (MC) has prophetic dreams. When he encounters the car accident victim from his most recent dream, Cha Doyun (ML), Jihan resolves to save him. Jihan's diligence leads Doyun into thinking that this cute guy is interested in him, so he befriends Jihan with much enthusiasm. Later, their lovey-dovey relationship spurs Woo Seo-hun into acting on his feelings for his best friend, Min Geon-woo. Review: Doyun and Jihan are so sweet with each other—to the point that people know that they are in love even before they actually get together! The humour is also great; I like how the art style becomes doodles in comedic panels. Plus, the supporting cast is full of interesting characters; however, character arcs aren't smoothly executed.
