Synopsis: Lee Yeo-woon (MC) moves to a new apartment next to Yoon Jigu (ML), who gets the idea that he's a stalker. Meanwhile, he joins an online game under the username [neutaaaa] and befriends [Ji9Star] after a series of antagonistic encounters. Not only is [Ji9Star] impish and cheeky, he also turns out to be the paranoid neighbour.
