theres a scene that might need a warning!!! it doesn’t last TOO long but some guy forces himself on one of the mc’s and :/ i mean he got punched before he went “all the way” i guess but still :/

well! the expressions were really good and the art is phenomenal, seme is obsessed with uke until the end. uke tries to hang himself and fails! but it’s at the very end, and its only after that that he makes peace with himself and realizes hes actually just glad to be alive. the relief of letting go of his baggage and the past while he was in a brief coma after his suicide attempt really put things into perspective (?) for him i guess. so at least there’s that. seme runs after him in absolute shambles lmfao and admits that he really cant let the uke go because his life is so empty. he’s basically just been a puppet for his mothers and others his whole life, fulfilling expectations set for him and not wanting anything until he met uke. he’s confessed this before, but after trying to let uke go after hes been discharged from the hospital he tried one last time and uke agrees to stay, because maybe this time he at least wont be lonely/they can be lonely together vibes. gives for a hopeful ending, so i’m sure theyll work it out eventually. basically a lot of classic uke suffering and then an actual kinda realistic reaction to confinement and deep regret from seme. like it feels sincere. the characters feel a bit more human in this than other series, so i really like that about this. thankfully they get a happy ending, or more technically hopeful one, but it’s very obvious after some work they can be happy together. overall 7/10 because i wanted to see some of the happy moments lol not just have them implied. great art though!
