The uke's brother also had a story but honestly I wish they didn't add the whole incest thing. Yes I know they weren't blood related but it felt really unnecessary. Besides that this story is so beautiful. Also first time I saw that a couple would take care of their sick moms who happen to be in the same hospital room. Sad that the mom of seme died tho.
