To be honest, it felt stupid. I don't like how the vampire had to be like giving up on searching and settling for that even though the author made it seem like he loved him. Still, was not satisfied.

The Ending is great as it is a happy ending!!!!!! Extremely curious about the letter henry left for lucius. Henry giving up is probably the best decision he ever made imo You will feel pain and stress and sadness in almost every chapter but those feelings actually feel good Lucy's death was really unforgivable. It was entirely unexpected and caught me off guard making my heart ache. Tbh I feel like Chance, Lucius and the MC should just talk it all out and take separate ways. I don't want them to be together but I would not mind if he gets together with Lucius in the end and Chance gets lots of genuine friends

Ch 43 Ch 28 (15th April 2025) LOVE the fact that there's absolutely no cheating here. My heart literally broke for all of them because the situation was just so freaking sad and yes, the ML was completely clueless that he loved MC due to being together for 15 years. It's hard to realize the change in your feelings. MC also only realized for sure once he heard ML being engaged. The conversations were beautiful!! Gisela, the one who loved ML but could definitely feel and see that she will always be the second choice, was so freaking brave to cut it off. MC, once he learned about his feelings, escaped and tried to give some space so he can forget about his feelings ML who needs the MC and only went out with Gisela because he was feeling lonely due to MC being busy for his career but not realizing..... SO FREAKING GLAD I COULD SEE THEIR ROMANCE PART AGGGGGGGHHHHHH The moment where they both realized their feelings were the same just exploded into an intense romantic relationship Don't read the stupid comments who only commented without even reading the whole thing
