Solo Leveling
I can't believe they are making this into an animation. There are so many better Isekai/ over powered webtoons. This one is popular but the motivations and plot is often weak at times. Like in the beginning when being an e rank hunter makes "no money" but he is doing it exclusively for the money. Frivolous pursuits are something only the rich can enjoy. He would have made more money with a regular job or with mining. Also the assassin arc made no sense to me. Why did the group happen to get back together, what was in it for the assassin. And I know this is solo leveling, and he has some near misses, but his power is not balanced out in any way. I will admit that this is some of the appeal, but personally I enjoy the characters much more in half a dozen manhwa. Ominscient reader, s classes I trained, eleceed, sss class suicide, hunter, constellation that returned from hell, doom breaker, trapped in a webnovel as a good for nothing, (the world after the fall (holds promise)), otherworldly sword king survival records. This is the most over rated manhwa. Did I enjoy reading it? Yes, but it feels basic to me and has inconsistencies.
