Uwaaahhh!!! : So from spoiler I saw he's the mad dog is the ML and his actually hair is golden coz he's the First prince, he ran away from palace coz 2nd empress trird to assassin him and she was the onr who killed 1st empress (who Is ml mother) whole running he changed his hair color but got kidnapped and had hid memories erased with all those spells tho no one knows he's the 1sT prince.

And the 3TD women emperor brought was actually a priestess at battlefield who saved 2nd prince and got pregnant with his child, and when she came to 2nd prince to day that he tried to kill her and her son. Later she had an encounter with emperor and he said he'll help (emperor isn't nice just so u know, he likes drama btch)anyway so she became a fake empress to protect her and her son, she wants to kill 2nd prince coz if he becomes thr emperor he'll kill her first.
