I agree with Oshiete, go out and meet other people that make you feel good, but be honest with them about your situation if you need time and then maybe one day you'll forget about her or at least be happy enough either on your own or with someone else that it hurts less than it does now   1 reply

I don't intend to. Many of my friends are married, have kids, are looking to buy a home etc. (I'm 25, so this is the appropriate age, I suppose) But that's just not my style. I value my independence too much. Although I'd love to own or build a small house someday.   1 reply

I definitely would! I love babies and always want to have one~ Even though the responsibility of having a family is big, I feel like my happiness will overcome that burden.
