Yes, but I don't do it extremely often only when I really have to bc I understand that just because I feel negative that doesn't mean they have to feel negative all the time too. Be productive, make fun plans for yourself, find something to hyperfixate on. I usually don't really feel lonely but these are things that I do a lot when I'm alone. It really helps with taking your mind off of things and cluttering it, you usually won't have any room to think about feeling lonely.   reply

I have bipolar and that kinda stuff is normal for me during a manic episode. And also BPD mood swings can also cause that for me. And also like really severe depressive swings.
