I think legal age is not always equivalent to being an adult. Some gets to feel they’re an adult at an earlier age, some takes time. So the legal age is like a developmental milestone that “typical” person is suppose to be able to think for themselves. This may sound stupid but, I don't get why boys and girls have different legal ages. I mean why not just make it the same age? Like it's both 19 for boys and girls or something. And to answer your question, I think 18 or 19 is fine, I may be just saying this because of that's what I grew and normalize thru tho.   reply

idk i remember reading somewhere that the age a human brain takes to be fully developed is actually 25 so i think the legal should only be slightly lower than that   reply
