just use tor and/or duckduckgo plus a good vpn. that way your online activity is encrypted, you won't have a search history, and your ip address is hidden so that you're completely anonymous. then research away. but honestly i don't think watchdogs would give a fuck, it's not like you're looking up how to assassinate the president   2 reply

So imagine theres a rumor about someone doing things to do with anarchy they would look into those on the watchlist first before other things. So you aren't in any trouble just you are more likely to be put under surveillence or thought to be the culprit of things to do with anarchy or whatever you are reading. I want to read the anarchist's cookbook but I heard you can get put on a watchlist. It's only because I'm curious though. Would you be in danger if you were put on a watchlist? What exactly would happen? I would google it but I think that would be suspicious.
