Looking For Yaoi Manga

I'm looking for a manga, I don't really remember the details so some of this might be wrong. I think both main characters were in the same high school, their families were rival (traditional Japanese) theater groups and both guys were actors in those groups (I think one group was more traditional than the other and they were looking down on them for that?). One of the guys has a falling out with his family, and they end up running away together and form their own theater (or something). It might have been a oneshot included in some other volume or it wasn't finished because I don't remember what happend after that.

1. This is a manhwa. The mc (uke) initially worked in a restaurant (not a modern restaurant) but then he was fired, because the restaurant owner found out that the mc had a relationship with her daughter(I'm not really sure with this because I don't really remember) Then someone suggested him to work as a teacher in the mansion on the hill. There he met the ml, and I forgot how the story went. but there was a moment where the ml killed his father, then had sex with the mc while holding his father's heart. The mc has black hair, and ml has blonde hair. And as i remember this story only have 10 chapter

2. This is also a manhwa. The mc(uke) and ml were dating. But then they broke up, I forgot why. And then the mc turns into a wolf and meets the ml again and the ml keeps him as a pet. It looks like the wolf is black. And i think they're actors or college students. This one have maybe 39 chapter

Okay so it's about a police commissioner basically a top officer or something and some ex gangster that runs a flower shop he still has some comic relief background characters that were is former gangsta cohorts.
