Looking For Yaoi Manga

Plot is: main character looks exactly like his father, especially his face. His father abandons his family & is pretty bad. Mc grows up with people commenting how he looks like his dad & will surely trun out just as bad. Mc develops a complex about his face, starts hating it.
Mc moves out, trying for a fresh start. His neighbor, a college student, looks exactly like him though (Mc has a darker skin tone and dark hair, also wears an earring tho). MC instantly dislikes his neighbor since they have the same face and and tried to avoid him. Neighbor is very friendly and wants to befriend Mc.
Mc gets his earring torn out while sleeping with a kind of asshole guy. Neighbor gets kinda mad and insists Mc should take better care of himself & not meet asshole anymore.
Around ch. 3 asshole mistakes neighbor for Mc. Neighbor, pretending he is Mc, asks what it will take to make asshole never approach him (MC) again. Asshole says 'one last time together (or maybe it was one last blowjob idk)'. Neighbor reluctantly agrees, and Mc walks in on them and gets pissed. That's all I can remember.
I think MC was raised by his grandma but I'm not sure anymore.

so like there was this manga i read when quarantine just started and i want to reread it but i cant find it. it was about two guys who go to the same school and they were kind of enemies, one of them was an athlete i think he was tennis player(?) and then the other guy was a smart guy not really nerdy but he had glasses. the athlete had black hair while the smart guy had blond hair i think. the smart guy is jealous of the athlete cuz he used to be the hearthrob but then the athlete came and stole his spotlight. then the athlete was being chased by some girls and the smart guy helped him and pulled him in a room then smh they ended up kissing and that kinda became a regular thing for them tho they still "hate" each other when they arent doing stuff
