Bisexual woman here, I don't have a very high opinion of yaoi or yuri in general. I'll read any type of relationship- mlm, wlw, straight, nblw, etc. But most of the yaois and yuris are made by straight people, which is an issue because they fail to portray queer experiences and are cisheteronormative as hell. I am bi, and honesty yaoi and yuri were my first approach to seme sex relationships. I remember that when I was a child (like 9 or so) I felt like that kind of thing was wrong, however, when I started reading yuri and yaoi it suddenly felt like they were humans too. Honestly, as a person who is also a part of the LGBT+ Community, it’s cool! I love both of them. I started reading them before I found out I wasn’t straight! It helped me realize there’s nothing wrong with being part of the LGBT+ Community. I do hate how they don’t put consent in most Yaoi. But anyways, Yaoi and Yuri helped me discover myse......   reply
