Playing jenga in front of your aunts, uncles, cousins and grandpa and losing in front of them is humiliating and damages your mental health

Now my brain is telling me that they probably think i'm a loser and that i'm pathetic for losing a simple game
And it keeps telling i'm so pathetic for losing that and they probably think badly of me

I don't know why but my RSD (Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria) is kicking in and now it makes me wanna go to the bathroom and cry and have a mental breakdown
