Try taking your mind off whatever your working on (works for me) I usually watch/read a lot of disturbing stuff, horror. Makes me paranoid and anxious, keeping my mind of it. Stay away from anything that reminds you of whatever you're working on Again, just what works for me.   reply

Me and y/n always have opposite personalities to the point that I don't even think that it's actually me in this situation but rather the author themselves are the ones being y/n instead. Cuz let's be honest here, it's mostly just written in their perspective and not the reader's.   reply
