Genetics! Genetics are just completely thrown out of the window in omegaverses and it always bothers me. Girls have XX chromosomes and boys have XY chromosomes. In lesbian couples, they cannot produce a male child. They have a 100% chance of a girl. A lot of fiction takes away current society standards so we can explore topics from an outside view. It might also be smut but omegaverse does that for women's issues, much like x-men would let us look at racism from another side, or sci-fi movies can draw parallels to current events.   reply
