Getting Piercings

I have my lip pierced, on the side. Didn't really hurt at all, kinda feels like a cat's scratch and poof - you're done. I think piercings hurt more after the procedure than during. Ear cartilage hurts like shit; I couldn't sleep on my side for more than half a year after getting my conch piercing but I've barely felt it getting pierced. I also have......   reply

It's mostly been said already but it really does depend on the place, type (i.e surface piercings are less likely to last, from my experience anyway), who does it and of course pain tolerance. Where are you going to get it? It depends on the location. If it's just normal ear piercings (the ear lobe) it shouldn't hurt much. It'll feel like a tight pinch through the skin. It'll depend on how skilled the person giving you the piercing is. However.. if you get it on places like your ear cartilage it'll hurt a bit more. If your brave and all......   1 reply

I have a second hole on my ear, it didn't hurt. Its just a sting. The further you move up your ear the more it will sting/hurt. It will be sore but you should be fine. Like if you cut yourself with glass it hurts while its cutting but afterwards it's just a bit sore~ If your doing it on your nose or lip I don't really know. My cousin has a nose ......   2 reply
