Right after my last pregnancy (2 girls 18 months apart) my baby wouldn't breast feed, due to being 5 weeks early. ok this might seem rlly weird but listen to my experience lmao so i have BED which is binge eating disorder right, it was really hard to eat OR lose weight because i would just eat so much without stopping. people are always like "calorie deficit" bla bla "exercise" but those things literally don't matter untill you do this CHANGE YOUR MINDSET!!!......   1 reply

This is long so take notes. - Calorie deficit --> if you eat less calories than what you consume on a daily basis currently, you will be successful. If you want to estimate your current calorie intake, use a journal to keep track. Don't starve yourself. 1. Eat things in moderation. Don’t worry or stress out if you eat a slice of pizza or a piece of cake. Just don’t do it all the time. 2. Portion control is so important.
