What is it you really want? To look "ideal" or to be happy? I understand the Asian culture is very image/body conscious and even has regulations in place regarding weight. So when many here say not to worry, I can see it may be difficult for you. yeah im agreeing with everyone else here you shouldn't be aspiring for some "ideal" weight. forget about the number on the scale and focus on improving your body so that you feel healthy and happy. motivation for exercise, i would probably suggest to have long term and small term goals. decide what you ultimately want to achieve. and to get there......   3 reply

I'm 1m 67 i'm 55kg and i'm really skinny, i have a friend (same eight) that is 65 and she's smil too, so in the end it all depends on your anatomy, is it 65 kg of fat? muscles? bones?? I don't know if you know this but we don't lose weight just through exercising. You should be able to eat the things you like through reducing your calorie intake. In fact, you will lose more weight by tracking your calories as opposed to exercising them off. Also! Definitely try to eliminate added sugars from your diet since sugar brings unnecessa......   reply

Get a gym subscription. I don't know how things are at your country with mrs rona going bananas, but if you can go outside then you better get a gym subscription. Staying at home, as you can see, doesn't help. Then you need to get out. I had the same problem and honestly going to the gym is great.
