personally im not exactly overweight, but not underweight either, i'm 151cm and 113 pounds, but since i work out a-lot it's mostly muscle. and since i have a small frame (hourglass figure), i look quite thin ( as in 11 abs, but sometimes in the morning i can see my ribs, and also a thigh gap??? but i weigh a-lot. i would like to lose weight though ......   reply

I'm 5'2 and just above 100lbs. The last time I got on a scale was a few months ago though. Though that really isn't the point. I work out and eat probably >1000cal on the usual a day which I know is likely, not good, but I have a smaller appetite and don't really eat food for flavor. Last year: Cutting out toxic people (They are the reason that weights you down), eating nutritions (based on hand measurement) and eliminating high sodium and junk/unhealthy food, stretching and do cores + cardio + strength workout, stayed motivated and 8-9 hours of sleep.
