Just make yourself busy so you don't have time to think about food. A lot of people eat when they are bored. Find foods you enjoy that consist of a solid amount of protein and vegetables, and that are filling and delicious. cutting out soda and drinking water will help IMMENSELY and it’s a pretty easy change. if you’re a fiend like me then cut down to one soda a day…2 days…3…4…5…6…then one a week! during this time take up drinking more water throughout the day, but don’t chug it cause then you get that sick feeling yknow. but yeah drop soda and pick ......   1 reply

Do not eat fried food (especially one that uses a lot of oil), do not eat food that contain flour, lots of sugar, also milk. If you want some sugar, eat fruits. No cakes, no chocolate, no sweets, sweet iced tea, coke, etc. Try to eat something that's boiled/ steam/ baked. Rather than meat, try to eat more veggies and fish.
