It all started randomly I was 250lbs (And a huge lover of food [like hardcore lover])but I wasn’t happy of how I looked or how I felt. I would be out of Breath all the time and I just felt like I was drowning myself in my own fat. One day I went out to eat at a restaurant and I don’t know why ..but I suddenly didn’t feel hungry ..I just felt ......   2 reply

Lift weights. Do deadlifts/weighted squats/glute bridge/weighted lunges to build your hamstrings/glutes/quads/adductors. I can't recommend a better way than this. If you want to intensify your workout regime, add plyometrics to the equation such as jump squats/burpees/broad jumps/tuck jumps. As long as you are consistent and committed to working ha......   1 reply

I’m not very keen on dieting it’s very hard for me so I’ve never liked it. Mmm but I do try to keep my meals relatively healthy. I do have every now and then cravings for sweets, but over the years I’ve stopped eating them all together so when I actually ended up craving them, I recommend to only eat a small amount. I will say have a good ......   1 reply

Though it isn't, I wasn't putting any effort in my diet, exercise, or was invested ......   1 reply

The depression is not. So, you have to be the one to change how you view food and how motivated you are. First, start with food. Find something else, besides foo......   reply

You can't spot reduce fat. Exercise is such a small part of weight loss (albeit healthy and important for other reasons) that what you should do first is find out your TDEE (daily calorie allowance) and eat less than that. Every 7000 calories is 2lbs/1kg, give or take. You can easily lose about one lbs a week by reducing 500 calories a day. If your......   reply

I've never tried to lose weight but my guess is any exercise involving legs. So like lunges, situps, jogging, etc. I'd say diets can go a long way though. I've noticed my weight fluctuates a lot depending on how much I eat at any given time.   reply
