do a workout every day, or jog a little every day. it doesn't need to be a lot, 7 minutes every day is enough! walk a lot! eat fresh foods, try to not eat just to eat! or.. like you can but.. at least then eat fruit or nuts or sum shit..   reply

I answered this in a reply to another comment already accidentally, but I wanted to expand upon it. I'm a believer in the raw vegan lifestyle, (it's really hard to keep up if you aren't super committed and unaddicted to sugars but it pays off) I don't want to to go too in depth that I'll sound sketchy or something, but in my experience, I started f......   reply

Hi! As another commenter mentioned, I think the best thing to do is definitely watch what you're eating if you want to lose weight fast. What worked for me was reducing my meal portions (eating with smaller plates, bowls helped), obviously avoiding foods high in saturated fat and sugar (I cut most dairy products from my diet so I scarcely drink mil......   3 reply

Wow 10 pounds in a week is a lot! For me it's mostly about finding something you can stick to long term, whether thats a diet change, or exercise. Often when you lose weight fast it gets hard to keep it off if you aren't being consistent. I would look into a longer term weight loss plan and only try to lose 1-2 lbs a week. Consistency is key to lon......   reply

Basically, you don't have to consume more calories than what your body will burn. Obviously there's both healthy and unhealthy ways of get it. I believe I shouldn't have to say that the second shouldn't be even an option (not onl......   reply

The only way to lose weight and keep it off and is to start a balanced healthy lifestyle. 30 minutes of exercise a day, cardio is great if you’re trying to burn off some weight, but don’t forget to also take a rest day if you’re going hardcore everyday or you’ll damage your muscles. Start limiting the amount of sugar and saturated fats that......   reply

So a few things. Walking is a great way to lose weight. If you want to see results I'd say aim between 8000+ steps a day I try to get 10500. If you are looking to get toned and don't want to go to the gym Keep is a great app and it's free. The more workouts you do the more coins you get to 'pay' for a higher level workout plan. Running is good for ......   reply

I lost a ton of weight just by eating less in general. I realized that I was overeating and my appetite naturally decreased to fit my body. Overall I’ve lost around 25 lbs just by eating less, not necessarily better. My diet is still pretty bad, but my portions are so much lower. Of course if you want to eat healthier you definitely should and do......   2 reply

I'm technically overweight, but I'm not fat. I'm about 5'3" and 145lbs. I've lost 10lbs over the past week and want some tips on how to lose some more pounds. My goal is to be around 120-130lbs. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
