Obviously you shouldn't actually do this but it just doesn't sound like you really have much fat to lose so this would be the only way... honestly the next time someone mentions yo......   2 reply

So, I gain and lose that weight again. That's because of my eating habit which comes like a wave. I don't workout or do any kind of sports. There are times where I have no appetite at all and times in which I am just eating (only unhealthy stuff like sweets, Fast Food etc). Though in the times I gain weight I don't become fat or so. Tbh there isn'......   reply

I've been in brasil the last 9 months and have been eating pure garbage and not going to the gym because it's expensive here. Since I'm just chilling with my relatives I rarely leave the house and most of my time is spent laying in the sun. I've gained 4 kilos since I left my workout and diet routine and the worst part by far is the lack of exercis......   reply

I am 170cm and currently 54-55kg. In the last six months I have lost about 5kg because of long term illness and now I can't get it back, no matter what I eat (and 99% of my time is actually spent lying in bed). A year or two ago, if someone told me I would one day struggle trying to gain weight I would have probably sent them to get their head chec......   1 reply

cycle of loss and gain [Experience]

I was fit and healthy growing up. Got pregnant. Lost a lot of weight years later. Gained more than I lost. Now I'm stuck in a cycle where I lose weight and gain double what I lost back. Ugh...it's frustrating. It's all me too. I keep falling back into bad habits after--makes it more frustrating.   reply

154cm and 60kg [Question]
blackrose 11 04,2019
I'm 154cm and 60kg. I want to lose weight because I'm starting to lose confidence with myself. my upper body is fine but all the fat goes to my waist and below especially the thighs. I have like extremely thick thighs and it doesn't really match with my upper body. can anybody suggest me any kinds of workout or exercises that can reduce my weight and tone down my thighs.
