You can have thick thighs even if you're underweight (not dangerously), normal weight, muscular or fat. It may just be your body type. Nevertheless if you start dieting, 2kg a month with your original weight sounds dangerous but not impossible, although that probably means that after you stop dieting your weight will go back up. And thighs are a go......   reply

Ok since you do sports it’s probably just muscle mass and not fat if you’re all around and not skinny. When I did sports, and I did martial arts which required a lot of leg strength, my thoughts were pretty large. However, I didn’t feel as self conscious because I trained hard enough to even it out everywhere else. My stomach was flat howeve......   1 reply

They're just jealous of your thick thighs. I think most people prefer that than those that you seen on Tv. Unless your asian where most prefer skinny ones. Anyway... Probably has something to do with your bone structure. Bones can be dense and may add on to your weight. I'm 145 cm or roughly 4' 10" in a 44-kg body. There are those who have thic......   reply

I don’t think it’s fat, i think from the way you describe yourself you probably have more muscle making you look thicker which isn’t a bad thing. First flex your muscle carefully to not get a cramp and see if it’s really fat or more muscle that is actually there.   reply

FIRST of all, let me start out by saying beauty comes from within. I absolutely believe in working out regularly and dieting as a way to be healthier and extend your life. I love dieting. I make diets for me and my friends all the time. But let's be clear about the fact that even if you do slim your thighs and if you have such a desirable body tha......   1 reply

Seems like you're being bullied. That sucks, I've been there. But losing weight is not really the solution in your case then, because it's not about your weight or the size of your thighs... Is there a way to avoid the person who is doing this to you or are they someone you have to be around, like a classmate, teammate, colleague? If they are, try......   reply

I wouldn’t think that is completely realistic. Those might be your natural proportions. It’s sounds like you already take care of your body well, so I wouldn’t worry about it.   reply

5.4", 48kg [Question]

My height is 163(5.4"?)and I am 48kg (I think around 103 pounds?) and I want to lose weight. ( - 5kg)
I know that am on the lighter side of what a 163cm person should be. But for some reason, I look larger than my actual weight. My thighs are very thick and my waist is just wide. But I do a lot of exercise and I play in team sports.
I'm being made fun of for having thick legs, and so I want to at least slim them down if I don't lose weight.
What are the most effective ways to lose weight fast? My goals are the lose 2kg a month at minimum. I'm a beginner at dieting and weight loss, are these realistic expectations?
