First Yaoi

My first yaoi was Kizuna, back in 2002. Hahahaha ages ago. I was fourteen then and all we had was dial up internet. It came as a shock, initially, but I liked it a lot, though it was all in Japanese and I could only 'read' the pictures. It was a tough time, indeed!   reply

Its hard to remember. However, I think my first one was kawaii beast. For the most part, I have read all types, but I tend to stay away from the abusive ones, not my thing. I enjoy reading yaoi that has nice art and good graphic scenes...lol..But, I do enjoy non-smutty ones too.   reply

I knew yaoi from fanfiction first, I was a big fan of Bleach when I was 12 so I read IchiHitsu or IchiGrimm. But my first yaoi anime and manga will be koisuru boukun! I just... got lost in youtube recommendation video and then I watched it for fun and turned out I love it so damn much x"D not long after that I'd discovered mangago and here I am!   reply

I honestly can't recall my first. I think it started with sano/saitou fanfiction from kenshin. That or ffvii slash. Internet manga was really low saturation back then. I had to read text translation alongside an original Japanese book. There were a few scanslations. Nothing hosted online because pictures were too big... I don't think I had much......   reply

Wow, that takes me years back! I was 12 when I first heard the term "yaoi", though at first didn't know what it means. A friend recommended me a Harry Potter fanfic, saying that it's a yaoi.
