Leanbeefpatty’s workouts are excellent, and she has an entire playlist full of workouts you can do at home. I’ve found that doing ab and leg workouts improved my running a lot, I’m cramping less and my legs are stronger. Run in the mornings it just brightens up the day way more and if it rains I usually just walk with an umbrella around the neighbourhood instead of running just because I don’t like to be drenched and in the area I live in it rains a lot so it’s like a rest day for me oh and I get to know my area better just in case my phone dies or something i......   1 reply

I want some work out materials to build muscles to build abs to look cool and take care of my body ig. I want everything, any tips and tricks, for men, women, literal babies, idc. Give me everything

But I'd also just like and appreciate something to build up my endurance as well

Would rly prefer if it can be done indoors (at home) or if it involves running bc I like running and I like to think I'm pretty decent at it.

Honestly any work out tips would be good for me rn.
