I don’t think whitening products and dry skin go well together lol. Try a body scrub/exfoliator (preferably with citrus) and a moisturizing body lotion. For face, I use the numbuzin no.5 set. Be careful with whitening products because they can make skin discoloration a whole lot worse in some cases!!! I saw some good reviews about Alpha Arbutin so maybe try that?
