This is a difficult question to answer because my country has a shit ton of amazing foods. Literally one of the best cuisines in the world in my opinion. I'll just list a few. I'm Filipino and love soups, and one of my all time fave is CANSI. a soft fall off the bone Beef soup with young jackfruit and batuan for that sourness and a kick of chili on the side. oooooohhhh and the marrow that's just lovely... thinking about it is juuust SALIVATING!!!   reply

Im from Mexico, we have birria which is beef marinated and cooked in a mix of like 4 different chiles and oregano, clove, and star anise (i think that's what theyre called.) The beef is usually prepared in an oven within the ground and its buried usually over night. Thanks to this, its INCREDIBLY soft and juicy. Quesabirrias got really popular late......   reply

as a czech - when i still used to eat meat it was rizek s kasi (crispy breaded pork/chicken schnitzel with mashed potatoes), my late grandma used to make the best ones. but my all time favorite is probably koprovka (dill sauce with/without boiled beef and dumplings/potatoes) though many people dislike it i love dill tho, what can i say oh, and......   reply
