is this just me or like when your about to sleep the house just startes being really hot? like i literally lay with my whole body on top of the covers while im read (for like three or so hours) and then i get under the covers to sleep, and its still hot???????????????

ok so, all the good stuff, i was vibing, but then i started cramping (at this point my one brain cell left me and i just sat there on the couch, knowing full well what was happening, but i like didnt move and then i got offended that my brain cell left me), so i checked and i was supposed to start (which do me causing me dysphoria sometimes) buttttttttttttttttttttttt i had a whole nervous breakdown and all the stress (it wasnt like a burst of stress obviusly, i had loads of stress after and before too) so it was weeks last. but one day im casualy reading about unplanned pregnency and relize, "im suppose to be on my period" so i was like "thats not great" and i lived my life. but then it did come this week and it felt like someone was takeing a spoon to my uturus and like scrapping the walls, like it didint hurt but it was uncomfterale but like more than usual, anyways i swear im in highschool, im just horrible at words and im sleepy sooooooooooo
so anyways (period thing over) idk im pretty vibing right now, chilling, about to sleep BUT ITS SO HOT.
