I don't know how to count cals but I usually make this when I'm sick so the taste isn't strong. I eat this with rice 1. One garlic, chop it 2. About 2-3 cups of water (I never really measure it) 3. If you can't understand the lecture, briefly read the subject in advance so you already have an idea of what is going to be lectured . Also, try to sleep at least 8 hours, the brain has to rest. Try to also lay your head down between study sections (I used to do like 3 sets 25 min study-5 minutes 'sleep'- extracurricular for 2 hours - repeat study......   reply
