Keep loud noises aka twitch streams etc so that I'm not left alone w my thoughts, play some chill games like otome or genshin or honkai but instead of quests i just wonder around and do my dailies in otome games, then switch to tiktok twtt and manhwas in a speed enough to keep me busy like i still be bored but I'm not in a quiet place reply
