What i do is SCREAM AND ROASTING THE HELL OUT OF THE CHARACTERS. Like, "ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR GODDAMN MIND?!!!!!!" then maybe listen to music, i don't know. reply
go pour some salt on your tongue, after that you’ll feel like you need water, cool water calms you down and you’ll feel better. it helps because it will distract you from the embarrassment :) reply
