webtoons.com or the Line Webtoon app is a legal site for a lot of Korean and international webtoons (colored digital art stories whose styles originate from Korean manhwa). Other sites are Lehzin or (if you can read Korean) Naver Webtoons. If you go to Kakaopage, it also has a lot of great webtoons.   2 reply
