There is this thing called 'Rage Room' where you can vent your anger by breaking things (Don't worry, it's safe legal). But other things to help can include; painting, listening to music, lifting weights, looking at memes, and writing. I prefer lifting weights   reply

Gaming helped me a lot. Especially Rhythm games. I play games to calm myself and clear my mind. Idk if it will help you. If you want to vent, "Kick the buddy" will help. Sleeping helped me a lot whenever I think I'm getting really aggressive.   reply

Hi well, I used to get really angry all the time, and sorta take it out on myself, like giving myself paper cuts, and scratching myself with my nails, (which is self harm now that I realize it). well, i try and suppress it, and before i say or do anything i calm myself down and think of the consequences if i did something. and i try to get away from people as fast as possible. but i sketch and doodle, and it helps get the anger out in the strokes of the pencil, or i make something with clay and i give myself freedom to just go with the flo......   reply

Hellooo ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ, I "used to" break stuff to vent my anger but, Me breaking stuff cost a lot so.. Now that I realized that breaking shits is a big no no, I tried using my "sporty" hobbies to vent my anger. If you like active hobbies, I recommend: Volleyball, Badminton, or a Good ass workout. I would do something distracting, like playing non-violent mobile games, listening to aggressive music (it alleviates a lot for some reason, but for some people calmer musics are more effective) or going for a walk.
