And if I go outside without my device I end up keep thinking about going back inside to enjoy my manhwas so there’s no point in going outside then. Yep honest answer - 1st job my main work I go outside to work Wednesday and friday - Half day 5am to 12pm or Tue, Thu, Sat - Full time 8am to 8pm. i am trying to go outside everyday, if only for the vitamin D. I found that downloading pokemon GO has helped give me a reason to get out the door and walk around a little too.   reply

Last year I quit my job in Dec. to move back into hometown two states away to take care of my grandparents for a while. The house is full of mess and drunk people (family members). Terrible signal here so I force myself to go out more. Will be going rock climbing and nature exploring out in the mesas often. ╮(￣▽￣)╭   reply
