My only comment on this whole thing is idc about the experience of the uploader or how long they've been uploading for, but lots of newer uploaders crop panels weirdly or the image quality isn't amazing, which is why I prefer Jujucat's uploads or Bloomingdale or Seph's uploads bc in general I trust their uploads to comply with what I mentioned. I wanna add some more context to this, this system was brought so new uploaders get a chance to upload, rather than having the veteran uploaders upload literally everything.
