Please Help Me Find This Manga

Okay, so I saved a photo of a manga from someone’s answer to a question, but I don’t know which manga it’s from. I don’t remember the question it was from, so I can’t even ask that person :(
Since I don’t know how to upload an image on here, here is a description of the photo:
[in a single panel]: A young man with light colored hair and wearing a gray t-shirt is lying on his side on the floor with a tired look on his face. He’s wiping the floor with a cloth and saying, “What the hell am I doing? Am I garbage? No, that’s being rude to garbage.”

Okay, so all I can remember of this manga are short bits, this may be a one shot.

Parts I remember:
1) Seme (I think) leaves for some reason
2) Uke plans to sleep with girls while Seme is away
3) Uke starts to get lonely; starts to clean the apartment; only smokes outside
4) Seme returns and Uke threatens him with a knife for leaving him
5) Turns out Seme was stalking Uke this whole time.

I’m currently searching for a manga, from what I can remember, about a girl who ran away from home after she accidentally kicks her sister's child. She ends up being taken in by a guy that’s her age wearing a mask. The place the masked guy takes her to is a large house where he and (about) 4 other people stay. The owner of the house has a small child but the the girl cannot see the small child due to her trauma of kicking her sister’s child.

Extra information
- the owner of the house is a divorcee and wears glasses
- the masked kid has supernatural powers and can see ghosts
- the girl’s parents are dead and she was living with her sister and brother-in-law up until the accident
- the art is really beautiful
- The author has drawn/written other stories one of which is about a ninja and an ojousama like character
