Set one alarm at a reasonable time and then set another at the latest possible time it is ok for you to wake also try not to set your alarms on your phone and weither their on your phone or not put your alarm a far enough distance away from your bad that you would have to walk to it also set your a alarm to a sound effect or song that you hate
