you got that right. nobody is a disappointment to their parents; just that some parents have ridiculously high standards. but parents can certainly be disappointing.   reply

I feel you. My mom says "go kill yourself" "why don't you jump in front of a moving bus on your way home from school" "what did I do in past life to deserve you as my kid" she beats me so much. Like one time she literally burned my hand with a hot pan. I'm bisexual I'm afraid to come out to my parents because I know they'll kick me out of the house......   1 reply
