I agree with people saying be yourself, but it doesn't mean you can't improve, right? Maybe you just lack social skills, and in that case you can watch a lot of videos on youtube about that (charisma on command for example) or read a book if you prefer. I dont think you should change your whole personality for that. But expressing your hobbies and stuff you like e.i videogames, movies and series can realy help. Idk what are your hobbies and stuff u like? Surely you have something. And you can use those as a conversation starter for a long run   reply
