Funny-ish story: I'm bi In 9th grade me and my friends were talking about exes and I said my ex girlfriends name and they all gasped. Just so everyone knows my friends are mostly apart of the lgbt community. I was so confused and so were they. My wifey asked me since when and I just stared at her for a minute. I swear I thought I told them before. ......   reply

When I came out to my friends it wasn't a big deal, most of them were lgbtq+ and those who weren't were very accepting. There was only one friend who wasn't very accepting, but I knew that before hand and was prepared for her reaction. She didn't understand and slowly stop talking to me, but thankfully she was never cruel or mean about it. My mothe......   1 reply

I'm a girl and I'm homoromantic. Well, I didn't realize it yet, but I was in Preschool (3-5 years old) and I had a crush on a girl. I'd flirt with her like how kids do―give candies and tell her she's cute. It felt like a normal thing for me, honestly. Then years later when I'm a 1st year in HS (with no crushes in between those years), I liked a ......   reply

Personally, acceptance has always been around me and without even bothering I came out. I was gay, but gradually over time realized I was pansexual. People at school do call me a snowflake, and I've been called, epidemic, several times because a boy I hung with in middle school would tease me that i stole his heart even though I am male. But the te......   1 reply

I'm a bi girl. "How did you come out?" Well, I never did... not to my family at least. I mean, I came out to a very close friend of mine years ago, when I first noticed I was actually gay, and he was very supportive, which made me really happy. Then, because of a mistake I made, my other close friend found out. I was very nervous and I hadn't told ......   reply

Hey! Bisexual girl here ~ ive been into yaoi for about 4 years now and for me its just a way for me to visualize my love for romance and sexual desires. I identify a lot with many characters and yaoi/shounen ai stories in general are really amazing.i feel that "straight" romance mangas are a bit dull and always the same with the girl falling in lov......   reply

I'm a bi girl, and I've always kind of known but also not really. So from the start I've always liked both guys and girls, ever since I was little. But I didn't really understand. I mean, I knew what being gay was, but I always considered myself straight (HAHAHAHA what) I'm very socially awkward and had a lonely childhood, so whenever I looked at g......   reply

Lol. Ok, I understand your situation. First of all, in a way, it's good that you've tried to understand the point of view of your friends, because I think it shows that you care about them. It's natural that you're curious, specially since you've been doing some reading, but I think right now you should try to support your friends first. They care ......   reply
