idk, but do you guys have like contract? handbook? policy? like there, it should be stated what she's supposed to do and if she failed to do it.. there would be a like a penalty, a deduction maybe? You guys are the employer and they're your employees and so does you pay them, so it is only right the she do her job. so I understand your frustration.......   2 reply

Depends on how they bullied me and to what extent they apologized. If it's to the extent that they literally made me feel like I want to kms or made me think badly about myself I'd probably acknowledge their apology but say that I do not forgive them bc the harm they caused was possibly life threatening and irreversible.   reply

Yeah, i don't hold grudges that much. If I meet someone whom I've had a rough past with it would be nice if the mood as light. I like that they've recognized what they did to me and are willing to ask for forgiveness.
